At Vastra Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vastra Shop account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
